What's New Hair Image's goal?
Our mission is to provide our clients with the best advice and services they need. Since 2001 we have helped people deal with hair loss through natural-looking, non-surgical hair replacement, hair care products and aftercare.
How to get our help to deal with hair loss?
Message us on WhatsApp or visit us in Lahore (Gulberg 2) or Islamabad (G-11 Markaz) for a private consultation. We will look at your hair loss and talk you through the options that suit you.

Hair Systems
Are hair systems permanent?
No. A hair system is a non-surgical, semi-permanent solution attached with tape, glue or clips. How long one attachment holds depends on the product: our tapes hold from about 1 week to 4-6 weeks, and bonds like Top Priority can hold for 1-2 months. After that the system is cleaned and refitted.
What is the cost of getting a hair system?
It depends on the base (mono, French lace, poly or a mix), the size, and the hair length and density. Hair systems on our site currently cost from PKR 34,999 to PKR 84,999. See every option with its price on our Hair Wigs page, or message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
What is the life span of hair wigs?
Above all, it depends on the care you take. With regular maintenance it ranges from about 8-10 months for the Icon full lace system to around 2 years for the Golden H1 and Premium USA, and each product page lists its lifespan.
Order and Payments
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered to your doorstep, usually within a week. Hair units can also be shipped to other countries, but fitting is available in Pakistan only.
How can I pay when I order online?
Online orders are paid by direct bank transfer. After you transfer, send us the receipt on WhatsApp so we can confirm your order.
How can I return/refund a product?
Products and hair units cannot be returned or exchanged, and hair units do not come with a warranty. If something is not right, message us on WhatsApp with your order details: we look at every fair case individually and are always open to your feedback. Our Terms and Conditions explain the details.
